Rich Color Enhancer is Panasonic's original two-mode color optimization engine. Dynamic Mode balances brightness and color saturation for clear visibility in well-lit environments, while Standard Mode expands red-channel output for vivid, accurate reds — essential for faithful reproduction of artwork, branding, and other color-rich content. The result is imagery that looks intentional and immersive, not processed.

REZ15 Series solves one of the hardest multi-projection challenges: uniform black levels across blended curved screens. Up to 17 control points let installers reshape black borders to fit arbitrary screen geometries without distortion, with precision down to half a pixel. Black-level and geometric adjustment can now be unlinked, so black-level settings apply across the entire blend area — including the image overlaps outside the display region — eliminating the black-level bumps that plague conventional blending setups.

Color banding in shaded gradients is an on-site problem that can't always be solved by re-editing content before showtime. Gradation Smoother addresses this directly, with three correction levels selectable from the projector remote. Choose the level that matches banding severity, or disable it entirely when not needed. Projectors ship with Gradation Smoother set to factory default [2], giving you an immediate baseline correction out of the box.

The REZ15 Series delivers up to 15,000 lm at full brightness on AC 100–240 V power, eliminating the need to rewire venues for high-voltage circuits. This broadens deployment options, cuts installation time and cost, and reduces the project's overall resource footprint. A compact, two-person-carry form factor further simplifies multi-projector logistics, while the high-efficiency liquid cooling system keeps operating noise as low as 32 dB in QUIET Mode.

REZ15 Series is compatible with new optional motor-driven fixed, zoom, and ultra-short-throw zoom lenses offering throw ratios from 0.308:1. The new lenses improve native contrast, reduce flare and color blur, and provide a wider lens shift range than previous designs. Lens Memory and Auto Lens Identification are included as standard. For the first time, powered periphery focus adjustment is supported via remote control or the Smart Projector Control app, streamlining setup on complex curved or irregular surfaces.

The REZ15 Series optical engine and laser light source meet the IP5X Dust Protected standard (IEC 60529), eliminating the need for a filter and enabling up to 20,000 hours of maintenance-free projection. Reliability is validated through accelerated dust-chamber testing under conditions significantly more demanding than those used for many competing products. The refined liquid cooling system contributes to both longevity and low operating noise, making the REZ15 Series equally at home in permanent installations and touring rigs.

Two identical signals can be fed simultaneously to HDMI 1 (Primary) and HDMI 2 (Backup). If the primary feed is interrupted, the projector switches to backup in as little as 0.3 seconds with no screen blackout — critical insurance at live events where downtime is not an option. Multi Laser Drive Engine adds another layer of resilience: if a single diode fails, Failover Circuitry keeps power flowing to all remaining functional diodes in the module, minimizing brightness loss rather than shutting down the entire module.
