Warranty Policy

All products sold through backstage-shop.ro benefit from the legal conformity warranty in accordance with the legislation in force (GEO 140/2021).

The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the products that exists at the time of delivery and that becomes apparent within 2 years from delivery.

Certain products may also benefit from a commercial warranty granted by the manufacturer, under the conditions specified in the warranty certificate accompanying the product.

The commercial warranty does not limit or replace the consumer's rights arising from the legal conformity warranty.

The duration of the commercial warranty for the main product categories is specified in the warranty certificate accompanying each product (QSC, Chauvet, Panasonic, Eurotruss, etc.).

To benefit from the warranty, the Consumer shall contact the Seller at the email address contact@backstage.ro or by phone at +40 726 314 538, providing:

- The order or invoice number;

- A description of the defect found;

- Photographs of the product (if applicable).

The Seller will review the request and communicate the applicable solution (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund) in accordance with the legislation in force.

Bringing the product into conformity is carried out free of charge for the Consumer: all return, shipping, labour and material costs are borne by the Seller, and replaced products are collected at the Seller's expense (Art. 12 of GEO 140/2021). The rule on return costs in the 'Return Policy', which applies to the 14-day withdrawal, does not apply to non-conforming products.

A price reduction or refund is made without undue delay and within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which the Seller was informed of the Consumer's decision, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
