Withdrawal / Return Form

Download the standard form for exercising your right of withdrawal and returning products

In accordance with OUG 34/2014, Law 365/2002 and consumer protection legislation

Important Information

Under current legislation (OUG 34/2014, Art. 9), you have the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided by law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the standard withdrawal form below or submit any unequivocal statement expressing your decision to withdraw (pursuant to Art. 11 para. 1, OUG 34/2014).

The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the consumer, unless the Seller agrees to bear these costs. The refund includes the initial standard delivery costs.

We will confirm receipt of your form on a durable medium (email), without delay, in accordance with Art. 11 para. 3 of OUG 34/2014.

Fill in the online withdrawal statement — you will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email, pursuant to Art. 11¹ of OUG 34/2014.

The data in this form is processed exclusively to handle your withdrawal request, in accordance with the privacy policy.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Art. 16 of OUG 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. audio-video systems configured to order)
  • Sealed products which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery
  • Products which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items
  • Digital content supplied on a non-material medium, if execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and with acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal
