StandardStagedeck dolly 2m unassembled 4x 125mm castors
Cost-effective and a time saver, our Stagedeck dolly allows you to efficiently transport up to 6 stage decks at once. Due to its ergonomic design, the stage elements can be easily slid into place, thus preventing excess pressure on your back while loading the cart. The Stagedeck dolly uses a total area of 60 x 205 cm, allowing you to place four dollies, side by side, in a truck. The decks slide into the recesses on the dolly easily and a bevel at the bottom of the cart prevents the deck falling against the back. Each deck can be secured with a bolt on the side of the dolly. To ensure safe transportation, we highly recommend utilizing a belt to secure all the decks. Additionally, it is possible to mount additional wheels beneath the dolly for enhanced stability and maneuverability. Our Stagedeck dolly is compatible with decks from Prolyte, Sixty82, NEXT Truss and Bütec ECO1. Note: this dolly comes unassembled.

The Admiral Storage cart H 203 is part of our modular transport concept and is developed for organised storage and safe transport in professional environments. With an overall height of 203 cm, this configuration provides maximum vertical storage capacity within a single-row frame. The cart is constructed from durable steel components and finished in black powder coating (RAL 9005), ensuring long-term reliability under intensive professional use. The rigid frame construction provides stability during transport as well as on-site positioning. The internal layout allows flexible positioning of crates in different heights, enabling an efficient and structured storage configuration. Each crate has a standard footprint of 60 x 40 cm and can be arranged according to specific storage requirements. The Storage cart is supplied with a top lid as standard. The lid protects the upper crate against dust and dirt and creates a flat and stable top surface for stacking additional equipment. For mobility, the cart can be equipped with heavy duty swivel castors in 100 mm or 125 mm diameter, depending on load requirements and floor conditions. The H 203 configuration offers a high-capacity and space-efficient storage solution within the modular Storage cart range.

The Admiral Storage cart H 183 is part of our modular transport concept and is designed for structured storage and safe transport in professional environments. With an overall height of 183 cm, this configuration provides increased vertical storage capacity within a single-row frame. The cart is constructed from durable steel components and finished in black powder coating (RAL 9005), ensuring long-term performance in demanding conditions. The rigid frame design provides stability during both transport and on-site use. The internal layout allows flexible positioning of crates in different heights, enabling an efficient and organised storage configuration. Each crate has a standard footprint of 60 x 40 cm and can be arranged according to specific storage requirements. To determine how many crates can fit in your Storage cart frame, refer to our Unit chart. This specific frame can hold a total of 31 units. The table below shows our selection of crates, indicating how many units each will take up in the Storage cart’s frame. If you want to stack more in one crate, remember to add 1 extra unit per crate. Keep adding crates until you reach the maximum number of units that fit your frame. The Storage cart is supplied with a top lid as standard. The lid protects the upper crate against dust and dirt and creates a flat top surface for safe stacking of additional equipment. The Admiral Strong Boy mini is a smaller, lighter version of the Strong Boy, designed specifically for moving longer sections of truss 30 (tube centres 239–240 mm) together with the Strong Boy or another Strong Boy mini. It’s a very useful addition for production teams, rentals and event venues that need a compact, easy to use solution for precise moving and positioning of truss. The Strong Boy mini is compatible with squared and triangular truss 30 from brands such as Prolyte, Eurotruss, Global Truss, NEXT Truss, Milos and LITEC. Compact and capable Despite its smaller size, the Strong Boy mini is built for heavy use. Its steel frame is hot dip galvanised for durability and the dolly comes with four 100 mm swivel castors with brakes that make movement smooth and controlled. The mini dolly supports loads up to 130 kg, giving reliable performance for everyday use. Designed for efficient truss handling This dolly is dedicated to truss 30 systems, providing a tailored fit and secure support for longer truss sections. Rubber studs protect the truss from damage and help keep it stable on the dolly during transport. Ideal for manoeuvring long sections The Strong Boy mini excels when used alongside his big brother, the Strong Boy. If you need to move a loaded Strong Boy up a ramp or the mini version provides extra control and agility, making the task easier and safer. You can also use two Strong Boy mini dollies together to transport longer truss sections evenly. Stack the truss using our truss 30 carriers or, for permanent attachement and faster stacking, The Brick. Perfect for production teams, rental companies, large studios, and event venues. Designed for both squared and triangular truss 30 (tube centres 239–240 mm) and squared truss 40 (tube centres 339–340 mm), it works together with Prolyte, Eurotruss, Global Truss, NEXT Truss, LITEC, and Milos trusses. Protect your truss during transport Rubber studs protect your truss from scratches while also improving grip on the truss. Cutouts in the frame make it easy to attach hook straps, keeping your truss secure while moving between locations. Strong, durable and easy to handle Built with a robust 2–3 mm steel base, the Strong Boy supports up to 200 kg. Its fully rotating 100 mm wheels with braking system make manoeuvring simple, even on ramps or in tight spaces, giving you full control over every move. Stack and store efficiently The Strong Boy supports a stacking height of 2 metres, allowing two rows of truss side by side. This means you can stack up to six pieces of truss 30 (12 in total) or four pieces of truss 40 (8 in total). Our truss 30 carriers can also be stored inside the Strong boy, saving valuable storage space when not in use. Being fully stackable in trucks or on site, this truss dolly keeps your workflow organised. With a height of 203 cm and a width of 60 cm, they are used together with the length profiles to create a strong and stable cart frame. The pre-drilled hole pattern allows internal components to be mounted at different positions inside the cart, enabling flexible configurations depending on the application. With a height of 203 cm, this configuration provides maximum vertical storage capacity within the cart. These panels are also used in Storage cart configurations with a single row of crates and a cart height of 203 cm. This version is supplied without a centre bracket. For Cable cart configurations, the slim-line panels with integrated centre bracket must be used instead, as the centre bracket provides the mounting position for the cable support profiles. The panels are manufactured from steel and finished with a durable black powder coating for long-term use in professional rental and touring environments. Integrated handles with orange grip bars allow controlled handling and help manoeuvre the cart, for example when moving over thresholds or positioning the cart on site. The panels are supplied as a set of two to form both sides of the cart frame and include the required bolt set to assemble the cart structure.
