Cable Cart

Select the slim-line panels in the required height: 112 cm, 183 cm or 203 cm. The slim-line panels form the vertical structure of the Cable cart and determine the overall height of the frame. The selected height should match the required hanging capacity and the available storage space. Each panel is equipped with an integrated centre bracket as standard. This centre bracket provides the fixed mounting point for the internal cable support profiles. The panels are manufactured from steel and finished in black powder coating (RAL 9005), ensuring durability in professional environments. Integrated handles allow controlled positioning and manoeuvring of the cart during setup and transport.

Select the appropriate castors based on load requirements and floor conditions. Swivel castors are available in 100 mm (200 kg per castor) and 125 mm (220 kg per castor) diameters. The choice of diameter affects the overall height and manoeuvrability of the cart. The 100 mm castors keep the cart lower and are suitable for doorways and confined areas. The 125 mm castors provide improved movement over uneven or rough surfaces. Castor sets are supplied as a set of four and are available with or without brakes. Braked castors allow controlled positioning and secure fixation during loading and unloading.

Cable forks are the primary hanging points for cables inside the cart. Manufactured from powder coated steel, each fork has a total length of 55 cm and allows cable placement on both sides. This creates organised and clearly separated hanging positions. Each fork supports a maximum load of 50 kg in total, with 25 kg allowed per side. The number of forks required depends on the quantity, diameter and weight of the cables to be transported. Additional forks can be installed at any time to increase hanging capacity. Each fork is supplied with a mounting screw set for secure installation onto the support profile.

The cable support profile is mounted to the integrated centre bracket of the slim-line panels. This creates the internal hanging structure of the Cable cart. Support profiles are available in 80 cm, 160 cm and 210 cm lengths. For correct assembly, the support profile length must correspond to the selected length profiles of the cart. The support profile provides the mounting base for the cable forks. It ensures stable positioning and even load distribution within the frame. Each support profile is supplied with a complete fork set for secure and straightforward installation. Proper alignment of the support profile is essential to maintain structural stability under load.

Length profiles are supplied in sets of four and form the horizontal frame structure of the Cable cart. Available lengths are 80 cm, 160 cm and 210 cm. The selected length defines the overall width of the cart and the internal hanging capacity. The 160 cm and 210 cm length profiles are equipped with an integrated internal ledge. This ledge allows a plate (not included) to be positioned at the top or bottom of the cart, creating additional storage functionality. The 80 cm version is not equipped with this ledge feature. When selecting the length profiles, consider the total cable volume and the available transport space.
