Hanging tubes
Select the hanging tubes based on the number, size and weight of the fixtures in your Meatrack configuration. Hanging tubes are available in 80 cm, 160 cm, 180 cm and 210 cm lengths. The 80 cm, 160 cm and 180 cm tubes are manufactured from lightweight aluminium for easier handling. The 210 cm tubes are manufactured from steel to provide additional strength over longer spans. Aluminium tubes have a diameter of 50 mm. Steel tubes have a diameter of 48 mm. Each tube is supplied with a complete fork set for secure and straightforward installation within the frame. Each hanging tube supports a maximum load of 100 kg. The total maximum load of the Meatrack is 400 kg and must always be observed.

The hanging tube is used inside the Meatrack to create mounting positions for lighting fixtures. Installed between the fork-side panels, it forms part of the internal hanging structure of the cart. With a length of 80 cm and a diameter of 50 mm, this aluminium tube provides a lightweight and durable solution for organising fixtures inside the rack. Panels
Select the appropriate Meatrack configuration based on the dimensions and weight of your lighting fixtures. Fork-side panels are available in heights of 112 cm, 183 cm and 203 cm, with widths of 60 cm or 80 cm. The pre-drilled hole pattern allows hanging tubes to be positioned at various heights within the frame. A centre bracket can be added to create additional hanging positions and to provide extra support for larger fixtures placed in the middle of the rack. All fork-side panels are equipped with integrated handles to ensure controlled handling and positioning on site.

The fork-side panels form the side structure of the Meatrack frame. Combined with the length profiles, they create a strong and stable transport cart for lighting fixtures. The wider 80 cm configuration provides additional internal space, making it suitable for transporting larger lighting fixtures. Length profiles
Length profiles are supplied in sets of four and are available in 80 cm, 160 cm, 180 cm and 210 cm. Combined with the fork-side panels, they form the structural frame of the Meatrack. The 160 cm, 180 cm and 210 cm length profiles are equipped with an integrated internal ledge. This ledge allows a plate (not included) to be positioned at the top or bottom of the rack, creating additional storage functionality within the frame. The 80 cm length profiles are not equipped with this feature. When selecting the length profiles, consider the total weight and dimensions of your fixtures. For heavier lighting equipment, a more compact configuration is recommended to ensure optimal stability.

Castors set
After selecting the fork-side panels and length profiles, choose the appropriate castors for your Meatrack configuration. Admiral castors are designed for professional use and are suitable for sensitive floor surfaces, such as stage or ballet floors, as they do not leave marks. Swivel castors are available in two diameters: 100 mm (200 kg load capacity per castor) 125 mm (220 kg load capacity per castor) The 100 mm castors provide a lower overall rack height and are suitable for doorways and confined spaces. The 125 mm castors are recommended for uneven surfaces and rougher floor conditions.
