XL cable guide base 4.5m - H 19.5m black

Managing cables when working with high demand installations can be very challenging. For these types of applications, we developed the XL cable guide. The 220 mm wide gutter is designed make space for many cables at once, reducing the need for multiple cable guides. As a middle option we also have an L version available, featuring 108 mm wide gutters. It can be installed on truss 30 using U-bolts or on truss 40 with a matching adapter available for separate purchase. With flexibility, weight and durability in mind we developed the XL cable guide with aluminium sections, along with steel and flexible hinges. The top hinge has length strips to minimise lateral movement of the truss and cable guide during use. Besides this, the centre hinge can bend up to 40 degrees and the corner hinges can move up to 170 degrees. The corner hinges are also equipped with a reinforcement rod, which also serves as a guideline for how long the cables must be to reach the full length. To keep an overview by separating power and signal cables, the XL guide can be fitted with a divider insert.
