The PT-MZ882 Series features Panasonic's SOLID SHINE Laser light source, which requires no maintenance for up to 20,000 hours of operation. Compared to lamp-based projectors that need multiple bulb replacements over an equivalent period — adding cost, labor, downtime, and waste — laser technology offers a dramatic reduction in total cost of ownership.
