Extensive interfacing covers an HDMI input, two computer (RGB) input terminals, a monitor (RGB) output, a wired LAN port, and an RS-232C serial port for external control. Auto Input Signal Search automatically detects the active input and selects the correct channel — no manual switching required. Real-Time Keystone Correction senses any change in the projector's vertical angle during operation and instantly compensates, so the image stays perfectly rectangular without interrupting your presentation. Blackboard and Color-board modes further adapt the image for rooms without a dedicated projection screen.
The PT-LW336 achieves a maximum lamp replacement cycle of 20,000 hours in Eco2 mode, and the air filter carries a replacement interval of 10,000 hours. Fewer service interventions mean lower maintenance costs and less environmental impact over the projector's lifetime — a significant advantage for schools and businesses running multiple units.
The lamp is accessible from the top and the air filter from the side, so both can be replaced without removing the projector from its ceiling bracket. A web browser on any LAN-connected computer lets you remotely operate the projector and monitor its status. For larger deployments, Panasonic's Multi Monitoring and Control Software enables centralized management of multiple projectors from a single PC. The wired LAN terminal is PJLink™ Class 1 compatible, supporting integrated control of mixed-brand projector systems through a single open protocol.
