Frame
Select the Balletfloor cart frame that best matches the width of your ballet, dance or performance flooring. The frame consists of two Fork-side panels H 112 x W 60, length profiles and six durable PVC winding tubes. Three frame lengths are available: 180 cm – suitable for floor widths up to 150 cm 210 cm – suitable for floor widths up to 180 cm 230 cm – suitable for floor widths up to 200 cm Each winding tube supports loads of up to 75 kg and can be operated using the included foldable handle. Depending on the floor thickness, each tube can accommodate up to 30 metres of 1.6 mm flooring or 25 metres of 2 mm flooring.

Balletfloor cart L 230 incl 6x tubes
This set consists of two Fork-side panels H 112 x W 60, a set of 230 cm length profiles, six durable winding tubes and a foldable handle. Each tube supports loads of up to 75 kg, making this configuration suitable for large and heavy floor rolls. The included foldable handle enables efficient winding, while the extended frame length provides additional capacity for safe and organised storage and transportation of professional ballet and dance flooring.

Castors set
Complete your Balletfloor cart by selecting the appropriate castor set. For smooth operation and safe transportation, we recommend our 160 mm swivel castors, each with a load capacity of 300 kg. The blue non-marking castors are suitable for sensitive surfaces such as dance studios, sports halls and theatre stages. Their larger diameter ensures smooth rolling and easy manoeuvrability, even when the cart is fully loaded. Choose between a set of four swivel castors with brakes, or a set with two braked and two unbraked swivel castors. For safe loading, unloading and storage, we recommend selecting a castor set with at least two brakes.
